Astrologer Susan Miller Reveals Exactly What's In Store For Each Zodiac Sign in 2023 - E! NEWS

Capricorn (December 22-January 19): "You've been held down with money. You've had Saturn in that house for three years, but it's leaving on March 7 and not coming back. You'll learn to communicate better and may even take a creative writing class or learn about voiceovers. But the best part of your life is home. If you want that dream apartment or house, start looking. You are luckier than anybody in the Zodiac for this right now.

You lose it in May but that's when love comes. So feather your nest and prepare for love to come. Or, if you've already found love, then that little baby that you've been thinking about. If you say, ‘No, no, I don't want any babies,' you can use it for creativity. In astrology, the house of the baby and the house of creative projects are the same."

Aquarius (January 20-February 18): "You've gone through a lot because you've had Saturn in Aquarius for three years but it's leaving March 7. Jupiter is in your house of communication. Maybe you start the podcast series, maybe you got invited to be a regular columnist for a magazine or maybe you've been asked to speak to groups. If this is your goal, focus on it. If you have that book inside you, I want you to start working immediately.

You get the real estate aspects that Capricorn has right now and they'll give it to you on a silver platter. Don't buy your house or condo until May 2023 to May 2024. Don't settle for anything less than the best."

Pisces (February 19-March 20): "You've just had your emerald year, and in January, you start making money from all that hard work. With all the seeds you planted, the money starts rolling in. It's funny because Pisces doesn't care for money as the priority in life, but the universe is making a correction and rewarding you.

In the second part of the year, you start writing or speaking. There's been a lot of influence about writing for Pisces—you might write a book, you may have already written a book where you get optioned from Hollywood or you might write a screenplay that gets great acclaim. Put pen to paper or start speaking into a microphone."

Foo Fighters end 'the most difficult and tragic year that our band has ever known' with pledge to carry on without Taylor Hawkins - Yahoo Entertainment

After Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins died suddenly on March 25, 2022, the future of the band was in doubt, given the extremely close friendship that Hawkins shared with Foos frontman Dave Grohl as well as his crucial role in the lineup (he’d been a core member since 1997, co-writing on every album starting with 1999’s There Is Nothing Left to Lose). Four days after Hawkins’s death, Foo Fighters indefinitely canceled all of their future gigs, including a performance at the 64th annual Grammys ceremony (where they ended up bittersweetly winning three awards in absentia.)

While Grohl has occasionally made live surprise cameos — with Lionel Richie at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame ceremony, with Billie Eilish at Los Angeles’s Forum, with Sir Paul McCartney at Glastonbury — the band’s only live performances have been at two all-star tribute concerts held in London and Los Angeles this past September. But now, Foo Fighters have confirmed in an emotional social media post that they will carry on without Hawkins — even though they will understandably be a "different band."

"As we say goodbye to the most difficult and tragic year that our band has ever known, we are reminded of how thankful we are for the people that we love and cherish most, and for the loved ones who are no longer with us," the band stated. “Foo Fighters were formed 27 years ago to represent the healing power of music and a continuation of life. And for the past 27 years our fans have built a worldwide community, a devoted support system that has helped us all get through the darkest of times together. A place to share our joy and our pain, our hopes and fears, and to join in a chorus of life together through music. Without Taylor, we never would have become the band that we were — and without Taylor, we know that we're going to be a different band going forward. We also know that you, the fans, meant as much to Taylor as he meant to you. And we know that when we see you again — and we will soon — he'll be there in spirit with all of us every night.”

The year and a half leading up to Hawkins’s shocking death had been an especially bustling and prolific time for the seemingly unstoppable Foo Fighters. They released their Grammy-winning 10th album Medicine at Midnight, the Record Store Day disco covers album Hail Satin, and the horror-comedy movie Studio 666; performed at President Joe Biden’s inauguration; received the Global Icon Award at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards; and were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame by McCartney.

The Foo Fighters were also one of the first actively touring bands to get back onstage once COVID restrictions eased up in 2021, starting with a six-song set at SoFi Stadium’s Vax Live event on May 2 that year, followed by a full 23-song show at the 610-capacity Canyon Club in Agoura, Calif., to celebrate the “reopening” of Los Angeles County nightlife on June 15. The Foos also reopened New York’s Madison Square Garden just five days after the Canyon Club show and headlined several festivals, including Lollapalooza in Chicago. Overall, they played about 40 shows in 2021, and at the time of Hawkins’s death, there had been roughly 60 dates, throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Australia, on the Foo Fighters’ calendar for 2022.

Hawkins's final show with Foo Fighters was at Lollapalooza Argentina on March 20, 2022. Five days later, he was found dead in his hotel room in Bogotá, Colombia, just hours before the Foos were set to perform at the Estéreo Picnic Festival; in lieu of the concert, candles were placed onstage that night to honor him. Two months after his death, Rolling Stone published a bombshell report titled "Inside Taylor Hawkins's Final Days as a Foo Fighter," claiming that the drummer had been on the brink of exhaustion from playing so many physically taxing, nearly three-hour shows, and had been considering scaling back his duties or even quitting the band entirely because he “knew he didn’t have it in him.” The Foos’ camp never publicly addressed these claims, but two of Hawkins's close friends who were interviewed for the piece, Pearl Jam's Matt Cameron and the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Chad Smith, blasted Rolling Stone's report.

A cause of death has still not been revealed, and Foo Fighters’ Dec. 31 statement did not mention who might replace Hawkins in the lineup or any specific plans for a new album or tour.

‘Avatar: The Way Of Water’ Ringing In Healthy New Year With Potential $87M 4-Day – Saturday AM Update - Deadline

SATURDAY AM: Avatar: The Way of Water is looking fantastic in its third weekend after Friday beat its own evening estimates with $24.4M, +27% from a week ago. That puts the James Cameron movie on a run for a $67.8M 3-day weekend, +7% from last weekend’s Christmas period, and a potential 4-day between $87M-$92M per industry estimates.

On the high end of that range, Avatar 2 could see a 4% dip from its Dec. 23-26 take of $95.6M. In that range, Avatar 2 by Monday would outstrip the 18-day running total of its comp, 2016’s Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, which had $440.9M by that point in time with a total between $450M-$446M. By Monday, Avatar 2 also could best the running total of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, that pic rising its total to $440M. One conservative estimate has Avatar 2‘s third sesh at $77M over 4 days, which would get it to $435.1M, and see it 1% behind Rogue One by EOD Monday.

Avatar 2 is ringing in a healthy New Year for exhibition with a total overall domestic weekend marketplace of $104.2M, which is 5% higher than New Year’s weekend 2022, when Spider-Man: No Way Home led all titles to $98.9M.

Together with a Black Panther: Wakanda Forever‘s eighth Friday of $1.8M, Disney, along with all the money from its Searchlight and 20th Century Studios titles, rises to $1.96 billion at the 2022 domestic box office. You can read more about our look back at the box office year here.

Even though we could see a 2023 box office year of $9 billion, +22%, and despite the success of Avatar 2 here, Wall Street has been hard on the No. 1 movie circuit AMC, with the exhibitor ending 2022 with a share price of $4.07, down by more than 80% from its $34.30 annual high. That comes in the wake of AMC planning a reverse stock split and $110M sale of its premium APE equity. It’s clear the street is assessing the exhibitor from its debt and profit standpoints, and not the future rebound of the industry. They should know that AMC ruled the 2022 domestic marketplace as the No. 1 theater chain with more than $1.7 billion (23% marketshare) per industry calculations, ahead of No. 2 Regal, which did $1.2 billion (16.4% marketshare). The AMC Burbank will be the highest-grossing theater with around $18M in box office for the year, followed by AMC Empire at No. 2 theater in the U.S. with $14.5M.

Los Angeles was the top market for moviegoing in 2022, grossing $571M+ (8% total market share), with New York coming in at No. 2 with $446M+ in ticket sales (6.3% total market share). Dallas was a standout market for the year — and during the entire pandemic — ranking third for the year with $226M in box office (3.2% total market share).

Universal/Dreamworks Animation’s Puss in Boots: The Last Wish remains the runner-up at the holiday box office with a $6.46M Friday, +70% from a week ago, $15.95M 3-day, +28%, a 4-day $21.1M and a running total of $65.5M.

'A Man Called Otto' review Tom Hanks

Sony’s limited release of the Tom Hanks drama A Man Called Otto, played four exclusive runs including AMC Century City and The Grove in LA and AMC Lincoln Square and Regal Union Square in NYC for a $23K Friday, and what looks to be a 3-day of $61K and 4-day of $79K. PREVIOUS FRIDAY AM:It was another $20M day for James Cameron’s Avatar: The Way of Water, so big that it was the biggest regular box office Thursday of the year after the sequel’s Dec. 22 take of $14.6M and Top Gun: Maverick‘s June 2 gross. Focusing on family. Andrew Shue’s son Nate shared a rare glimpse at the actor after wife Amy Robach made headlines for her relationship with GMA3 coanchor T.J. Holmes.

"RIDERS ON THE STORM. ON TO ‘23," Nate, 26, captioned an Instagram photo of the family during a getaway to Montana on Wednesday, December 28. In the social media upload, Andrew, 55, was also joined by son Aidan and Wyatt.

The glimpse at Andrew's dynamic with his kids comes less than a month since news broke that Robach, 49, was spotted holding hands with Holmes, 45. The Arkansas native, for his part, has been married to Marilee Fiebig since 2010. Shortly after photos surfaced of Robach and Holmes getting cozy outside of work earlier this month, Andrew removed all traces of the TV reporter from his Instagram account.

Andrew and Robach were previously candid about their close bond with their blended family. Ahead of their 2011 nuptials, the Melrose Place alum was married to Jennifer Hageney from 1994 to 2008. They expanded their family with Nate, Aidan and Wyatt before their split. Meanwhile, Robach exchanged vows with Tim McIntosh in 1996 and they welcomed daughters Ava (born in 2002) and Analise (born in 2006) ahead of their divorce in 2008.

Over the years, the Wonder Years alum and Robach offered a glimpse at their home life. "At least five nights a week we sit down for dinner together. And we spend one-on-one time with each kid. It really changes the relationship. It doesn’t have to be extravagant, but it’s rewarding," Andrew exclusively told Us Weekly in 2017.

At the time, Robach also opened up about their approach to parenting their big brood. "We spend money on experiences and not material things. Those things can get forgotten about," she explained to Us. "Seeing a Broadway show with my girls for Christmas instead of getting them clothes turned out to be one of the most meaningful ways to spend my money and time. Memories can’t be broken or returned."

Following the drama, Robach and Holmes have both been pulled off the air as ABC conducts an internal investigation into their relationship.

A source revealed to Us that the coworker's connection “blossomed from a close friendship" into something more. “They always had a spark and their work trips away together brought them even closer,” the insider shared. "[They] have been trying to keep their relationship a secret until they were ready to announce."

Us confirmed on Wednesday that Holmes filed for divorce from Fiebig two days after he and Robach were spotted together at an Atlanta airport ahead of the new year.

'Avatar: The Way of Water' Hits $1 Billion Globally, Fastest 2022 Release to Reach Box Office Milestone - Variety

Avatar: The Way of Water” has sailed past $1 billion in global ticket in just 14 days, becoming the fastest movie this year to cross the coveted box office milestone.

In total, only three films released in 2022 managed to surpass the billion-dollar mark, a short list that includes “Top Gun: Maverick” (which took 31 days to clear the benchmark) and “Jurassic World Dominion” (which took more than four months to join the club). By comparison, nine movies released in 2019 surpassed $1 billion worldwide. “The Way of Water” is the fastest to hit the mark since 2021’s “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” which took 12 days. Only six movies in history have cleared $1 billion in their first two weeks of release.

James Cameron’s long-delayed sequel to “Avatar” opened in mid-December with $134 million in North America and $435 million globally, and it’s remained a huge draw in the days since its release. So far, the Disney and 20th Century film has generated $317.1 million in North America and $712.7 million overseas, bringing its global tally to $1.025 billion. It’s surpassed “Jurassic World Dominion” as the second highest-grossing movie of the year, and it’s the third highest of the pandemic era.

“Avatar 2” looks to stay strong into the new year, which is necessary to justify its massive price tag. Cameron estimated the $350 million-budgeted movie (not including at least $100 million in marketing fees) needs to generate roughly $2 billion to break even, though analysts believe the threshold to profitability is probably closer to $1.5 billion. There’s a lot riding on “The Way of Water,” not just because of its huge price tag, but also because it’s the first of three planned follow-ups in Cameron’s otherworldly series.

The original “Avatar” was released in 2009 and stands as the highest-grossing release in history with $2.97 billion worldwide. The follow-up film, which arrived on the big screen 13 years later, will struggle to near those heights because the global box office hasn’t fully rebounded from the pandemic. Moreover, China, a major theatrical market, is experiencing a resurgence of the virus and Russia, another big territory, won’t have access to the film.

“Avatar” stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña and Sigourney Weaver returned for the sequel, which follows the Sully family as they head underwater to battle the elements and keep the Na’vi safe from humans. Other cast members include Stephen Lang, Kate Winslet, Edie Falco and Jemaine Clement.

TJ Holmes And Amy Robach Have No Shame. They were Spotted Together In the Atlanta Airport. - Yahoo Life

Lovebirds T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach are still going strong despite being ousted for an alleged affair last month. The Daily Mail published photos of the pair at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport from Monday morning. The article also featured an exclusive photo gallery that contained nearly 40 pictures.

The publication also broke the news of the couple’s romantic relationship. The GMA3 co-hosts were mired in one of the biggest scandals of the year when their affair was revealed. This ultimately led to speculation surrounding the respective marriages of Holmes and Robach.

The news also triggered paparazzi backlash on their families and severe professional consequences. The hosts were “benched” by ABC while the network conducts an investigation. But they are seemingly moving on, per The Daily Mail:

“And as the pair prepare to step into 2023 together, they may breathe a sigh of relief to leave behind a year in which their affair has left both of their 12-year marriages in tatters and heading to divorce. Holmes has a house in Atlanta where the couple had planned to spend Christmas. It is not known whether those plans were derailed by the bomb cyclone that grounded thousands of flights or the whirlwind of scandal in which they are embroiled.”

The outlet also published photos of the duo together a few days before Christmas leaving lunch at Capitale Grill near Holmes’s apartment located in the Financial District in New York City. They knew what they ate as well:

“Robach had a salad and glass of white wine while Holmes enjoyed a steak and a glass of red before, seemingly buoyed by the wine and conversation, the loved up pair made the short walk back to his apartment. The giddiness of their earlier liaisons, whether flirting in midtown bars or holding hands in the back of taxis, was lacking as they walked side-by-side but not touching.”

At this point, Holmes and Robach know that the world continues to watch their story unfold. It’ll be interesting to see how it finally plays out.

Inside the Kardashian -Jenner family's extravagant Christmas party - Page Six

Merry Krismas and happy holidays!

The Kardashian-Jenner family celebrated Christmas with an extravagant blow-out bash complete with festive decorations, endless treats, and a private performance by Grammy-nominated artist, Sia, on Saturday night.

Kim Kardashian showed up to the opulent evening wearing a silver sparkling gown that showed off her shoulders. The Skims founder, 42, was back to her long brown hair after rocking a bleach-blond look for quite some time.

Kim posted several TikTok videos with her daughter, North, who looked chic in a metallic sparkly shirt-and-pants set.

But North’s outfit wasn’t what stole the show: it was her singing talents. The 9-year-old daughter of Kim and her ex-husband Kanye West took to the stage to perform a duet with Sia.

They belted out her song, “My Snow Man and Me” for partygoers before the singer proceeded to sing other hits solo including “Chandelier.”

Khloé Kardashian stunned in a strapless red gown and accessorized with a sparkly Santa Claus purse by Judith Leiber and finished the look with a stunning diamond necklace.

Khloé, 48, shared in her Instagram Story that she arrived at the party early because she was just too excited to start the celebrations.

Her 4-year-old daughter, True, was seen dancing around with a cute red bow in her hair.

Kendall Jenner also wore red, opting for a sequin gown. The model, 27, was seen sipping tequila, perhaps her 818, garnished with an orange slice.

Meanwhile, Kourtney Kardashian posted a throw-back family photo with her husband Travis Barker and a few of their kids from last Christmas before heading to the soirée. Kourtney looked sexy in a sheer lace long-sleeve red gown while her rocker hubby wore an all-black suit.

But this year, Kourtney, 43, opted for an all-white gown with plenty of tulle, leading the look to resemble a wedding gown.

Kylie Jenner, for her part, seemed to be the life of the party. She filmed herself taking massive tequila shots with a group of friends including her bestie Anastasia Karanikolaou.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder, 25, matched with her 4-year-old daughter Stormi in beige gowns trimmed with black lace and sequins by fashion label Mugler. It’s unclear if Stormi’s dad, Travis Scott, attended the fancy fête.

Strangely, their momager Kris Jenner wasn’t seen in any of the family’s social media snaps and it’s unclear if she was there, but Khloé did say that she wore her Santa purse “in honor of my mommy,” leading some fans to think she couldn’t make the celebrations.

The theme of the lavish party was red. The bash was lined with dozens of twinkling red Christmas trees and red stringed lights and tables were draped with red tablecloths and topped with endless plates of appetizers, cookies, cakes, and other festive sweets.

Kim even shared a photo of herself enjoying champagne and mini hotdogs at the end of the night.

Partygoers were also treated to See’s Candies and the kids were seen playing in a massive red ball pit.
